How Did You Get Started? I was an overweight child. My parents encouraged me to start exercising through athletics. I wasn't so receptive at first. Then I decided to try out for cheerleading. My mom says it saved my life. I noticed that I was taller than every girl basketball player I was cheering for.
So my dad told me I was being silly and I needed to get on the court. That is when a beautiful bond with athletics first developed. Soon I went from a lethargic adolescent to a thin, happy, and athletic teen. I would even say I took it to the extreme and would be labeled a "tom boy" growing up.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? Cytolean really helps with my energy and reduces my cravings. For me it's a must during pre-contest prep. Plasmajet has taken my workouts to a whole new level. My pumps are ridiculous and my endurance is through the roof.

Why Do You Love Fitness? I like setting goals and achieving them. I like the way my body looks close to a competition. If I didn't compete I would probably never get in that kind of shape. Knowing that you have to step on stage half naked in a few weeks really helps with keeping the cookies out of my hands.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Fitness Competitors? I would like to remind others that it isn't always in the destination that you will reap your rewards. Remember to enjoy the ride and be grateful for those along the way that make everything possible and better. Who Are Your Favorite Fitness Competitors/Bodybuilders? I am a big fan of Beth Horn (aka Venom on American Gladiators). I worked with Beth in Hollywood at the FAP Fitness Universe pageant. She is truly as beautiful on the inside as she is on the out.
Arnold Schwarzenegger of course is an icon of this sport and truly an inspiration. His success reminds me that I can achieve anything that I sent my sights on.
