How Did You Get Started?
I started Bodybuilding when I was 19 and immediately started working with Jeremy and Tonia Williams. They set me up on a diet for my first bodybuilding show and 10 weeks later I won the juniors class that year and 2 years following. After that I moved into the Open Light-heavyweight class and have been competitive since. In October I competed in an IFPA Pro-Qualifier and placed 2nd. My goal is to turn Pro next time I step on stage in 2009. Keep a look out for me.

Day 7: Cardio
I have always trained a muscle group one time per week until October of '07, when I switched to hitting my upper body twice per week. I feel that I have been able to make significant gains from doing so. I guess Moral of the story is, switch up your training routine.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I try to keep my diet as simple as possible and pretty much eat the same food sources day in and day out. My diet as of now goes as follows:
- 250g Protein
- 300g Carbs
- 55g Fats
- My main source of Protein is Chicken, Buffalo and Whey
- My predominant Carbohydrate is Brown Rice and Cheerios
- My Fats come from Fish Oil, Sesamin Oil and Peanut Butter
I eat most of my Carbs before and after my training.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
I wouldn't like to say that some miracle supplement gave me awesome gains because I believe your best tool for growth is food. Nothing beats being consistent with your diet 7 days a week.
But I have found that using Scivation's XTEND along with VasoCharge have kept me mentally focused and driven to keep pushing through those tough workouts.

Why Do You Love Bodybuilding?
Bodybuilding has helped me set goals and taught me discipline that has spilt over into my everyday life. Only you can determine how much you can excel in this sport.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
My next goal is to turn pro in the '09 season and go on to have one of the best natural physiques in the sport.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Stay lean in the off-season; it's what separates the men from the boys. Off-season isn't a free card to get fat, it's when the work is done.
Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
Mark Dugdale, Doug Miller, Dennis James, Todd Jewell, Phil Heath, Layne Norton
