How Did You Get Started?
I was just was just your average person (well not quite) training at the gym
and trying to get big. Then I met a guy who started working next door
(Bucky) and started talking to him, it turns out he used to compete a couple
of years ago when he was my age (I was 18 at the time) and we got to
talking. A week and a half later I was on stage winning my first
competition in the Junior division.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
A 4-day a week split, training each body part with 9 sets one day a week.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? Protein powder, DHEA and Glutamine. Why do you love Bodybuilding?
Cuz chicks dig guys with great bods. And I just love the training and the
quest of being the best that you can be, as well as just wanting to be huge! What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? I have been asked to go represent New Zealand at the Universe and Worlds but because of a lack of funds I can't go. Next year I plan to compete in the Open Athletic division depending how that goes, but I plan to put on some size after that (because there is a weight restriction in athletic). What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? Training to be the best you can be, you may not have the best genetics to be a great bodybuilder but if you give it your all you can improve not only your body but your whole life as well. (Did I mention chicks dig guys with a great body?) Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
