I got started into fitness 'cause of my Husband who's a personal trainer, plus I wanted a better look and healthier body. My Competition Profile: View Here. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
It depends on the time of year. If it's on season or off season. When I'm not getting ready for a show I workout 6 days a week. Four days bodybuilding and two days cardio, which I do 30-60 mins. When I'm getting ready for a show it's go time! Six days a week bodybuilding training and 6 days a week cardio 1 to 2 hours a day! When I lift I usually do one body part a day with abs ever other day. What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
Lots of chicken and fish with rice or potatoes. Lots of green veggie's as well. And I drink lots of water: 1-2 gallons a day. What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? I use Whey Protein, Glutamine, and BCAA's. As well as a good multivitamin Why Do You Love Fitness?
I love the way it makes me feel and look! It's hard work to keep yourself in great shape but it's all worth it in the end! What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? I want to go Pro in the figure world and one day be on the cover of Oxygen Magazine. What One Tip Would You Give Other Fitness Competitors? Set a goal and go for it! Pre plan your objective.
