How Did You Get Started? I really wanted to tone up my body so I got with a personal trainer at my gym. I do weight training and cardio six times a week, I also enjoy taking Pilates classes for more flexibility and Hip-Hop dance classes. What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
In preparing for competitions, I follow a high protein diet. I eat chicken, brown rice, green beans and oatmeal. What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? I use amino acids for building muscle and Lean-N-Means for fat burner. Why Do You Love Fitness? The industry is amazing, it shows how fit a person can be and look great. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? I want to earn a Pro card, keep placing in the top five for NPC competition, and I would like to do some fitness modeling.
