I got started in bodybuilding from a nasty little car crash. I was hit by a drunk driver that put me out of action for 4 years. Bodybuilding was after and a part of rehab. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You? The best workout plan for me is pick up the weight put it down a million times and no cheating. :) What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You? My nutrition plan offseason is to eat a lot and watch the fat and salt intake. On season I eat chicken, more chicken, oatmeal and veggies. What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
For great gains in a supplement try protein powder and Myostim it's a protein binder. Why do you love Bodybuilding? I love bodybuilding because it has helped me take control of my health and allows me to help others do the same. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? My future plans in bodybuilding are to get through this diet I'm on and place in the top 5 at nationals in Miami on the 15th of Nov. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? The one tip I would give other bodybuilders is never give up your dreams no matter where you want to go in this sport just keep lifting and eat. Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
There are too many great bodybuilders to name so I will say all the bodybuilders that give 100% in the gym, on stage and stay cool to people through it all are my favorite.
