How Did You Get Started?
Getting into Fitness Competitions was a challenge that I gave myself. I believe in living life to its fullest! Every year I give myself a goal and a challenge to achieve and complete. This year I decided to get serious in the gym, and take my body to that next level of fitness. Competing has always long been a dream of mine, so this was a challenge I was ready to take head on! I began by joining a gym, hiring an outstanding Professional Trainer, and began a very clean and strict diet. Within no time I saw amazing results! I was hooked from that moment on... the better I look... the harder I train. It's a lot of hard work and discipline, but it is worth very last minute of it! I train two days on and one day off. On my off days I will just do some cardio and abs. What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
Proper supplementation and diet is essential when getting ready for a competition, especially due to the depletion process that our bodies go through. I usually stick to the following supplements; Vitamin C, E, B Complex, Multi-Vitamin and L-Glutamine. And clean diet is essential....I stick to a lot of; Lean protein Proper Complex Carbs Dark Leafy Greens and Essential Healthy Fats.

I not only love the physical challenge of fitness... but I especially love the mental challenge of it. It takes a lot of discipline and determination to compete. I train hard, work hard and diet hard! So being a naturally driven and goal oriented person, the hard training and dieting was the perfect challenge for me. The more I see results, the more I want to push myself to my limits. It is amazing to look in the mirror in and see the changes in your body. Fitness is not a hobby of mine...it's a lifestyle all on its own. It's a lifestyle that I love and that I plan to keep until I am old and grey. I believe in living a long healthy life. Most of all I love fitness because......when you are standing on that stage, there are no words to explain the sense of accomplishment and achievement that you feel! So placing second my first show was just a high that I can't even explain, there is no feeling like it in the world. I don't just love fitness... I am passionate about it! And I excel in all that I am passionate about in life. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
In the future I plan to keep competing: Other than my Competition Schedule I have been and will continue to do Fitness Modeling with various Photographers and Companies. I definitely want to leave my mark in the Fitness Industry! What One Tip Would You Give Other Fitness Competitors?
