What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? I eat a high protein, moderate carb, moderate fat diet spaced over 7 meals a day, usually 4 food meals and 3 shakes.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? Never give up! Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders? My favorites are Dexter Jackson, Shawn Ray, Lee Priest, Lee Labrada, Derik Farnsworth, and amateur Marc Jacobs for giving me the confidence to keep going (look for him at the 2003 Nationals!)
