I needed a lifestyle change. I wasn't happy with the way I felt or looked so I did something about it.

Offseason I workout on a 4 day split.

  • Tuesday: Legs
  • Wednesday: Off
  • Thursday: Shoulders/Triceps
  • Friday: Back
  • Saturday: Off
  • Sunday: Off

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

I eat a high protein, moderate carb, moderate fat diet spaced over 7 meals a day, usually 4 food meals and 3 shakes.
