How Did You Get Started? I was tired of being fat and finally decided to start working out. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You? The current one I have now. I train the whole body in two days and one day off per week. What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You? I eat six times a day. Each meal I make sure I have a good serving of protein and carbohydrates. When I am leaning out for a contest I separate my proteins and carbs and I eat about 8 times a day. What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? I think Glutamine has given me the greatest gains. Why do you love Bodybuilding? I love the results that I get from natural bodybuilding. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? I plan to compete at Team USA in NY and Muscle Mania in Redondo Beach. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
